tighten as needed - Flush condensate drain pans &
lines - Add algaecide to drain pans
Oil/grease components as
needed - Check amperage draw on all
electrical & motor - Check voltage draw
- Check motor drive belts – adjust
or change as needed - Check motor drive pulley
SPLIT SYS / PACKAGE UNITS:
Monthly Service:
- Replace air filters
Quarterly Service:
- Inspect electrical connects –
tighten as needed - Flush condensate drain pans &
lines - Add algaecide to drain pans
Oil/grease components as
needed - Check condition of evaporator &
condenser coils - Check refrigerant pressures
- Check amperage draw on all
